ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to Return Property to the Washington State
Department of Health.
BACKGROUND:
The Washington State Department of Health provided a fixed and mobile satellite phone and accompanying
satellite equipment. The health department no longer has a need for the equipment and desires to return this
to the Washington State Department of Health.

Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney: Reviewed and approved December 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to Return Property to the Washington State
Department of Health.
