RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION TO RETURN PROPERTY TO THE WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health provided a fixed and mobile satellite
phone and accompanying satellite equipment to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department; and
WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department no longer has a need for such
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department desires to return the equipment to
the Washington State Department of Health; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health has agreed to accept the return of the
equipment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, hereby authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Department to return
the above-described property to the Washington State Department of Health.
