KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: January 16, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution for the 2018 <br />Distressed County Sales and Use Tax <br />Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement with the City of Roslyn <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Conference of Governments <br />(COG) met on July 19, 2017 to consider the <br />funding of four (4) applications. COG agreed <br />to award $798,222 to the City of Roslyn for the <br />Pennsylvania Place Stormwater Bottleneck <br />Replacement Project. Staff has received notice <br />of match by the City of Roslyn. This <br />Agreement is the final step in the award <br />process. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works; City of Roslyn <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve & Sign the Resolution and the 2018 <br />Distressed County Sales and Use Tax <br />Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, 2018 Distressed County Sales and <br />Use Tax Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement, City of Roslyn Resolution 17-007 <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Director of Public Works <br />
