<br />The goal of this project is to replace multiple phones and voicemail systems from two telephone companies with one unified communication system for all current and future facilities. <br />The new system should act as a single system in terms of dialing, feature access, and administration from the county courthouse in Ellensburg. Voice connectivity between facilities will <br />utilize currently available fiber. The scope of this project includes the purchase and installation of server equipment and software on-premises, network switches with PoE, QoS configuration <br />and implementation, replacement of all telephones, and training for users and administrators. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Kittitas County will evaluate the proposals in accordance with RCW 39.04.270 in order to determine the most advantageous proposal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />For more information, contact Information Technology <br /> <br /> <br />All bid submittals shall become the property of Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Kittitas County reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise if necessary.
