Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department Administrator on the Momentum Fund of Group Health Foundation Grant <br />Contract. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Momentum Fund of Group Health Foundation Grant will allow KCPHD to work on <br />increasing rates of the HPV vaccine in Kittitas County by identifying behaviors, attitudes, and <br />beliefs around the vaccine through the target audience of parents and guardians within Kittitas <br />County.
