Kittitas County <br />Information Technology <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />9/15/2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request for Approval of Master Services Agreement with Trace3, LLC <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Trace3, LLC, formerly Ivoxy, is a valued partner, providing both critical infrastructure products and <br />professional services to Kittitas County. This agreement will set out all the general legal terms for an <br />anticipated series of contracts. The master agreement itself does not establish a contract for any particular <br />services or purchases, but will make later contracts much simpler. The IT department currently has three <br />different projects due to begin work upon the approval and Board signature: Microsoft Purview <br />Configuration, Data Center Core Switch Replacement, and Intune - Conditional Access Control. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />The Information Technology Department, Civil Division of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and Trace3, <br />LLC have negotiated this agreement to satisfaction of all parties. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Information Technology department recommends approval of this contract. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The contract is prepared ready for signature by all parties via Docusign.
