BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 -13 +. <br />CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS <br />COUNTY AND THE CITY OF CLE ELUM FOR THE REVISION OF CORPORATE <br />BOUNDARY FOR THE CITY OF CLE ELUM APPROVED BY RESOLUTION 2026-127 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution 2026-xxauthorized the execution of an agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the City of Cle Elum for the revision of corporate boundary for the <br />City s161.
