Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 1 of 19 <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and [ PCS Structural Solutions ] <br />(hereinafter “Contractor”). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: [ On-Call consulting services related to Civil, Structural, and <br />Construction Engineering Services.
