KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Accurate Electric Unlimited <br />(hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: Provide and install: <br />Jail Facility <br />• (13) new cameras to replace (13) existing cameras <br />• (1) new 360' degree camera with associated cabling and conduit <br />e (4) new cameras and associated cabling from existing switch <br />• (1) new 120TB NVR <br />6 (3) CAT 6 runs <br />r Relocate (1) existing CCTV camera <br />o Provide modifications to the existing NMI <br />Sheriff's Office <br />Relocate (1) existing CCTV camera <br />Public Health <br />• (2) new cameras and associated cabling <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through project completion, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY <br />Kittitas County Sheriff's Office <br />307 W.
