Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />06/16/2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves an Agreement for Services between Kittitas <br />County and Robin Read Amendment 2. (Effective date: 02/01/2026 and 03.31.27) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of this Agreement is for the creation of plans for advisory committees including a 2- <br />year strategic plan for mental health and substance use disorder prevention, an action plan for <br />homelessness an affordable housing, and an updated biennial plan for development disabilities <br />advisory committee. <br />The agreement is amended to allow creation of the 2026-2028 Biennial plan and add hosting two <br />listening sessions under data updates in the scope of work. <br /> <br />The amendment also includes increasing the amendment to add $3,500.00 for a new contract <br />total of $27,500.00 <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 02.03.26. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 02.05.26. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves an Agreement for Services between Kittitas <br />County and Robin Read Amendment 2.
