KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 2nd, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve & Sign change order #2 for EOC/SAR project. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />INTERACTION: <br />Change order #2 encompasses COP#08. This change order is for <br />redesign of structural foundation. This includes additional anchor <br />bolts, increased footing and pier sizing and additional cross ties. This <br />change order is an increased cost of $36,296.76. <br />The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed the original contract to this <br />change order.
