KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 19, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a a Resolution adopting the <br />amendments of the Kittitas County Employee Wellness <br />Program and the Bylaws. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: In 2014 The Board of County Commissioner’s signed <br />Resolution 2014-141 establishing an Employee Wellness <br />Program. The proposed Resolution updates the program <br />oversight to the Employee Input Committee and adopts the <br />governing bylaws. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The documents were teviewed by the Clerk of the Board <br />and the Human Resources Department. The Prosecutor’s <br />office has reviewed and approved the documents and <br />drafted the proposed Resolution (12488). <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution adopting the amended Employee <br />Wellness Program and accompanying bylaws. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – Human Resources Dept <br /> 1 copy – EIC Committee Chair <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, Employee Wellness Program, and Bylaws. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator <br /> <br />
