BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - _____ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS OF KITTITAS COUNTY <br />EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM POLICY AND BYLAWS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 2014-141, established the Kittitas County Workplace Wellness Policy, <br />on September 23, 2014; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Employee Input Committee recently reviewed the original documents and <br />determined that the Kittitas County Employee Wellness Program Policy and <br />Bylaws are outdated, and worked to update these documents to reflect current <br />standards and practices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed these changes and determined that they are <br />legally sufficient; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to update the above-mentioned Policy and <br />Bylaws, for the Kittitas County Employee Wellness Program, which are attached <br />hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorize the adoption of the newly revised Policy and Bylaws for <br />the Kittitas County Wellness Program. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST:
