Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) Page 1 of 20 KITTITAS COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES This Agreement for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Comprehensive Healthcare (hereinafter “Contractor”). The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: The purpose of this Agreement is to provide mental health and substance use treatment services for Kittitas County Behavioral Health Court (BHC) participants, improve access to needed mental health services, address financial need associated with service hours that Comprehensive is unable to bill under traditional treatment models, and support participants’ ability to obtain necessary care from qualified mental health providers. The term of this Agreement is 01/01/26 through 12/31/27, unless the Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein.
