KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 17, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Crossroad Garage LLC. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office and Crossroad Garage LLC is to install, service, and maintain the <br />specialized equipment of the Sheriff’s Office’s vehicles. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Crossroad Garage LLC. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to The Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
