<br /> <br />Public Health Study Session <br />December 15, 2025 <br />at 10:00 am <br />Commissioners’ Conference Room <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />Present: Brett Wachsmith, Cory Wright <br />Absent: Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: Chelsey Loeffers, Candi Blackford, Katie Odiaga, Bryan Elliott (Kittitas County Auditor’s Office), <br />Zach DeHaven (Kittitas County Auditor’s Office) <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by Cory Wright <br /> <br />Citizen Comment: None <br /> <br />Department Business <br /> <br /> <br />Direct Staff regarding HopeSource contract amendment request <br />Chelsey Loeffers noted that John Raymond, HopeSource, had withdrawn the request to reallocate funds <br />for the Behavioral Health Bridge and Senior Support and Advocacy Programs until HopeSource works <br />out the invoicing process. At this time HopeSource will continue to invoice as they have been. <br /> <br />HopeSource Invoicing Discussion <br />The group discussed invoicing and how it could change in the future now that HopeSource has <br />transitioned to a Whole Person Care model and how to account for funds spent. The county will meet <br />with HopeSource in January to discuss what is needed and remind them of the county audit in 2026. <br />Commissioner Wright requested public health to set up a meeting in January with staff to continue <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Meeting concluded at 10:24am <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, BOCC Chair <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Candi Blackford, Clerk
