BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.202s- e44 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT <br />OF COMMERCE FOR PUBLIC SERVICES GRANTS <br />WHEREAS, RCW 3g.34,the Interlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for public <br />agencies to cooperate for mutual advantage; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County is being awarded $81,000 in grant funds for eligible public services <br />through HopeSource; and <br />WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of those eligible funds are detailed in the attached <br />Interlocal Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that it is in the best interest of the County <br />to enter the Interlocal Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, authorizes execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State <br />Department of Commerce that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. <br />DATED this ,Ar'J- AaV of 17tt-{f t},Kf -; ,2025,a1Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />il".k of the,board <br />c01 <br />o <br />lrfftLSS <br />| (-oit11 <br />s,
