BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1/10TH OF 1% MENTAL HEALTH AND <br />CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TAX ADVISORY BOARD BYLAWS <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2022-185 established the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and <br />Chemical dependency Tax Advisory Board to make recommendations <br />surrounding the use of related tax funding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in June, 2023 through resolution 2023-121; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the committee finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission <br />and committee processes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 30th , 2025, the committee approved the updated bylaws; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, incorporates the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical dependency <br />Tax Advisory Board bylaws by reference and attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical dependency Tax <br />Advisory Board bylaws as presented. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ _________________________________ <br />Clerk of The Board Brett Wachsmith, County Commissioner <br />
