BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2025- <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY FRIENDS OF ANIMALS <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract on January 1, <br />2025, which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the parties; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and the Contractor desire to amend the contract, specifically the Scope of <br />Work, in the manner detailed in the attached Contract amendment that is also attached and <br />hereby incorporated by this reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />DATED this day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASfUNGTON <br />Chair <br />Vice -Chair <br />Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board <br />
