2025-10-13 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS’ AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5th ROOM 109 <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />MONDAY 2:30 PM October 13, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice Chair Cory Wright, and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Chad Bala, Jamey Ayling, and Shannon Johnson, Community <br />Development Services, Stephanie Hartung, Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, <br />(0) members of the public. <br />At 2:30 pm Chair Osiadacz opened the Community Development Services Study <br />Session. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />There were no citizen comments. <br /> <br />Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110(1.)(i.) To discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing <br />body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to <br />become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely <br />to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />At 2:32 p.m. Chair Osiadacz announced the Board would enter into an <br />executive session for 10 minutes, with Chad Bala, CDS Director, and Jamey <br />Ayling, CDS Planning Manager under RCW 42.30.110(1.)(i.) To discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion <br />is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the <br />agency.
