Citizen Comments – None <br />4. 2026 Preliminary Budget Discussion with the Kittitas County Regional Library Board <br />Zack DeHaven presents the 2026 request for the Library Board. Jan Ager from Cle Elum <br />explains their increase in their request. As does the Roslyn Library. Commissioners APPROVE <br />the budget for 2026 as presented. <br />3. 2026 Preliminary Budget Meeting with Public/ External Services <br />Zack DeHaven discusses and explains the interest will now be moving into the General Fund. <br />Starting with the first department in the Public Service Family. <br />Assessor: No Personnel change Request and No Capital Expenditure Request- Tentative <br />approval. <br />Auditor- Excluding Finance: 1 Personnel Change Request and No Capital Expenditure <br />Requests- Tentative approval. <br />Commissioners- No Personnel Change Request and No Capital Expenditure Request- Tentative <br />approval. <br />WSU Extension- No Personnel Change Request and No Capital Expenditure Request- <br />Tentative approval.
