Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 7, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution to authorize the execution of an <br />agreement between Kittitas County and Habitat for Humanity for the Floral Avenue Affordable <br />Housing Development. (effective Date: 05/01/25-06/30/26) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Contractor will construct five 2-bedroom duplexes and single-family homes at Third St and <br />Floral Ave in Cle Elum. Units will be reserved as affordable housing for individuals or families <br />at or below 80% of Area Medium Income in Kittitas County. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 09/11/2025. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 09/12/2025. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution to authorize the execution of an <br />agreement between Kittitas County and Habitat for Humanity for the Floral Avenue Affordable <br />Housing Development.
