09/29/2025 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC AUDITORIUM SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MONDAY 11:00 AM SEPTEMBER 29, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Jodi Larsen, Administrative Assistant; Zach DeHaven, Budget <br />& Finance Director; Josh Fredrickson, Director of Public Works; Reid <br />Burbank, Finance Manager Public Works; Nancy Schaff, Sheriff’s <br />Office Chief Administrative Deputy; Lisa Murray, Finance Officer; <br />Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Katie Odiaga, Accountant III Public Health; <br />Andrew Yoder, Assistant Finance Director; Lisa Bugni, Accountant II <br />Auditor; Jake Santistevan, Audit Manager; Steven Gadd, Assistant <br />State Auditor; one member of the public. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS: NONE SPECIAL MEETING STATE AUDIT EXIT INTERVIEW COMMISSIONERS <br />At 11:00 a.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Special Meeting to review <br />the results of the annual 2025 State & Government Audit. Results <br />were reviewed by Jake Santistevan, Audit Manager & Steven Gadd, <br />Assistant State Auditor. <br /> <br />The State Auditor’s staff presented and verbally reviewed audit <br />findings for the year 2025. Regarding the executive summary for the <br />State and Federal audits conducted, the findings were as follows: <br />“No significant deficiencies or material weaknesses.” Furthermore, <br />there were “No instances of non-compliance.” Prior findings from the <br />2024 audit has been resolved and there are no outstanding or current <br />issues. <br /> LETTER CHAIR SIGNATURE ON MGMT LETTER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The letter was removed and acted on during the September 29, 2025, <br />9:00 a.m. BoCC Office Admin Meeting. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS - NONE <br />The meeting was concluded at 11:37 a.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Jodi Larsen Laura Osiadacz, Chairman
