The Commissioner and BOH motion is one motion. <br />Motion 08.01: Motion to approve a joint BOH/BOCC Public Hearing to consider the addition of passport <br />fees to the 2025 KCPHD Fee Schedule. Brett Wachsmith moved to approve a joint BOH/BOCC Public <br />Hearing to consider the addition of passport fees to the 2025 KCPHD Fee Schedule. Linda Navarre <br />Second. All approved. Motion 08.01 carried to approve a joint BOH/BOCC Public Hearing to consider the <br />addition of passport fees to the 2025 KCPHD Fee Schedule. <br />Revisions to Kittitas County Code 13.08.080 Public Hearing <br />Public Comment Open: 1:38 pm <br />Public Comment Closed: 1:38 pm <br />Chelsey Loeffers stepped to the microphone and noted that Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.08.080 <br />establishes criteria for evaluating groundwater levels when determining septic system suitability for new <br />subdivisions. The existing code is based on legacy technology and the new code accounts for modern <br />alternative septic systems that are now permitted by the state. Recent developments in treatment <br />technologies have expanded viable options for wastewater management while maintaining public <br />health safety. <br />
