KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 15, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners approval to advertise a <br />request for qualifications for Engineering services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste operates the Ryegrass facility. This <br />facility operates under WAC 173-350 and 173-308.
