Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />July 15, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to approve the Interagency <br />Agreement between Washington State Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public <br />Health. (Effective: 07.01.25-06.30.27) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of this agreement is for the contractor to provide Pollution Prevention Assistance <br />(PPA) Specialist who will provide technical assistance and education outreach to small quantity <br />generators in an effort to prevent pollution of waters of the state as part of the Pollution <br />Prevention Assistance Partnership. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved June 9, 2025. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved July 7, 2025. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to approve the Interagency <br />Agreement between Washington State Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public <br />Health.
