KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 1st, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to acknowledge the contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Rosauers Super 1 Pharmacy. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to allow Rosauers Super 1 Pharmacy <br />to receive medication orders from KCSO providers and fill prescriptions. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to acknowledge the contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Rosauers Super 1 Pharmacy <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Devin Duncan
