KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />REsoLUIoN No.2o2s -0?? <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CENTRAL SERVICES COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") has authorized the <br />creation of the Central Services Committee ("CSC") and its Charter via Resolution 2A24-079; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOCC has tasked the CSC with articulating its scope, objectives and means of <br />engagement in a set of bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, County policy and/or code mandates the formal adoption of Committee bylaws via <br />Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED that the CSC Bylaws attached hereto as "CSC Bylaws" are <br />foramally adopted. <br />Dated this 1't day of April, 2025 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INGTON <br />rman <br />Vice Chairman <br />Commi oner <br />lerk of Board <br />SEAI,
