We have another lease for 3 machines with Xerox that has recently expired. We are replacing <br />that lease with a lease from Copiers Northwest. The Sheriff's Office has conducted an evaluation of <br />Copiers Northwest's machines, service agreements, and overall pricing vs. another vendor, and has <br />determined that Copiers Northwest, lnc., can best provide the equipment and service needed. Also <br />having all copiers from the same vendor makes managing them easier.
