MARCH 24, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Shelise Smithgall, <br />Admin Assistant; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 21, 2025. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT J. MILLER - AIRPORT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the appointment of Jonathan <br />Miller to the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee (AAC)for a <br />3-year term effective immediately and to expire on 12/31/2025 <br />(completing a former member's term). Commissioner Wachsmith seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER FISH FOOD PANTRY RENOVATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and ratify Commissioner <br />Wachsmith’s signature on letters of support to Senators Murray and <br />Cantwell regarding FISH’s Food Pantry Renovation Request, noting <br />they were due last week and there wasn’t a meeting to add them to in <br />the timeline necessary. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded the motion.
