KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, March 4, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY24 HSGP (Homeland Security <br />Grant Program) Agreement E25-224. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of the FFY24 Homeland Security Grant Program <br />(HSGP) is to fund state, local, territorial, and tribal governments to prevent, protect <br />against, and respond to terrorist attacks, and prepare the nation for threats and hazards <br />that pose the greatest risk to the security of the United States. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />the FFY24 HSGP Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY24 HSGP (Homeland Security <br />Grant Program) Agreement E25-224. <br /> <br />HANDLING: No handling. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Darren Higashiyama
