BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COIINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />REsoLUrroN No. 2024 - 2lq <br />ADOPTING KITTITAS COTINTY PUBLIC WORKS MONTHLY EQUIPMENT <br />RENTAL RATES PURSUAIIT TO REVISED CODE OF'' WASHINGTON 36.33A.040 <br />FOR 2025 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works is required to maintain an Equipment Rental and <br />Replacement Fund (Fund 501) pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) <br />36.334.10; and <br />WHEREAS: The basis of Equipment Rental was set to monthly rates per Resolution 2018-086; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Equipment Rental Rates shall be subject to annual review by the Legislative body <br />pursuant to RCW 36.33A.40; and <br />WHEREAS: Monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2025 are hereto attached to this Resolution <br />as Exhibit "A"; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby adopt the monthly Equipment Rental Rates for <br />2025 within Kittitas County Fund 501. <br />DATED on this l7th day of December 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS WASHINGTON <br />of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />n DeputyrClerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Wright, Commissioner <br />, C.ott <br />t <br />>' <br />ItI,
