Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />1/7/2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve a Resolution to authorize abatement action in Superior Court, appropriate funds and set timetable <br />for Chavez abatement. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office would like to proceed with Abatement of Cory Chavez according to <br />Kittitas County Code. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Resolution has been prepared by the Prosecutor's Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve and authorize the Resolution of Abatement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />1 - Copy Clerk of the Board <br />Original to Clerk of the Board and a copy to the Prosecutor's Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Stephanie Hartung <br />
