These responsibilities include: <br />1. Serving civil and criminal subpoenas and summonses on victims, witnesses and defendants; <br />2. Serving other civil and criminal court papers; <br />3. Processing civil bench warrants; and <br />4. Attaching, maintaining custody of, and selling personal property. <br />Resources <br />General Civil Intake Form <br />Writ of Restitution Intake Form <br />Residential Landlord -Tenant Act 01 <br />Fingerprinting <br />Fingerprints are done on a first come, first served basis during our normal business hours. <br />Minimum Fee of $10.00 (exact change required when paying in cash, check made to the order of KCSO, Credit, or <br />Debit). <br />If you should have any questions please contact our office at (509) 962-7525. <br />Concealed Pistol License <br />Original applications <br />To apply for a Concealed Pistol License the following is required: <br />• You must be 21 years of age or older <br />• You must be a citizen of the United States or have an Alien Firearms Certificate <br />• You must reside in Washington State or be a resident of a different state within the United States <br />
