Docusign Envelope ID: EBOE325F-3264-4435-8OD2-3A7F41136620 <br />THIRD ANNUAL RENEWAL OF 2021-2022 <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Third Annual renewal of the 2021-2022 Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is by and <br />between Kitdtas County ("county") and Allpaid, Inc ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services <br />Agreement by between Contractor and County, effective August 16, 2021 ("Agreement"). <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERAION, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, until December 31, 2025. <br />2. Execution.
