Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 17, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Nelson Stream Suncadia <br />Phase 2 Division 7 Plat (LPF-24-00002 & LP-24-00003). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Preliminary Plat was approved on October 15, 2024 through Resolution No. <br />2024-183. The plat covers approximately 5.62 acres accessed via Wanawish Loop. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on October 24, 2024, requesting <br />final mylar approval for the Suncadia Social Plat. This Plat creates 10 additional lots <br />from the existing 14 lots for a total of 24 lots. The proposed lots range in size from <br />.33 acres to .46 acres . Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation <br />and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar <br />has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been <br />obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Nelson <br />Stream Suncadia Phase 2 Division 7 Plat (LPF-24-00002 & LP-24-00003). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Plat (LPF-24-00002 & LP-24-00003) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager
