After thorough consideration and evaluation, we believe that these proposals
align with the county’s priorities and missions and warrant financial support to achieve their goals.
The organizations and projects we recommend for funding are:

Kittitas County Friends of Animals: Promoting Mental Health Through Vet Support
Kittitas County Health Network: Kittitas County Youth Mentoring
Upper Kittitas Centennial Center: Access Plus: Serving our Seniors and Heroes
Comprehensive Healthcare: KVH Crisis Care Manager Program Expansion
Kittitas County Recovery Community Organization: KCRCO Expansion of Services
Community Builders: The Shop
HopeSource: HopeSource Behavioral Health Bridge Program
Kittitas County Superior Court: KC Felony Drug Court

Our committee has reviewed the application, proposed budget, and supporting documents for all
the proposed projects. We have scored the applications with consideration for the potential
impact, feasibility, and sustainability of the project, considering the needs of our community and
the available resources. A brief summary of each project, their requested budget and our
recommended funding amount as well as some items we believe need clarification or attention is
included in the following pages.
