(Effective dates: 09.01.24-03.31.25) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is made by and between Kittitas County and HopeSource for the 24-25 Cold <br />Weather Shelter for Kittitas County from November 15, 2024-March 15, 2024. The agreement <br />outlines and includes the following: <br />• General Conditions <br />• Scope of Work <br />• Compensation <br />• Proof of Insurance <br />• Washington State Dept. of Commerce Guidelines <br />• Reporting Form <br />• Cold Weather Shelter Program Guide <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/06/2024. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/07/2024. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the PSA between Kittitas County and <br />HopeSource for the 2024-2025 Cold Weather Shelter.
