OCTOBER 15, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Jamey Ayling, Planning <br />Manager; Zach Torrance-Smith, Planner 1; and one member of the <br />public. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SUNCADIA PRELIMINARY PLAT CDS <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Suncadia Phase 2 Division 7 Preliminary Plat (LP-24-00003). <br /> <br />JAMEY AYLING, PLANNING MANAGER, presented information on the history <br />of the property being considered for re-plat, including requested <br />action, purpose of the re-plat, location, site characteristics, and <br />the need for no additional cultural resource studies. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2024-183 SUNCADIA PRELIMINARY PLAT CDS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-183, a <br />Preliminary Plat Approval of the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 7 Preliminary <br />Plat (LP-24-00003). CHAIRMAN WRIGHT seconded.
