WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />KC17 kS COLWTV <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 1, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for October 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to consider the Suncadia Ph 2 Div 7 Preliminary Plat <br />(LP-24-00003). <br />BACKGROUND: Lathan Wedin, authorized agent for New Suncadia, LLC, landowner, submitted <br />an application for a 14 lot plat with associated roadways on approximately 5.62 <br />acres of land that is zoned Master Planned Resort.
