Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />*Commissioner Wright arrived at the Agenda Session at 10:02 a.m. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded.
