09/03/2024 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON AUDITORIUM SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; and Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS <br />At approximately 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public <br />Hearing to consider Equipment Surplus to the County’s needs and to <br />authorize disposal of the same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br /> JOSH FREDRICKSON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, provided a Staff Report and <br />said they had a 2009 Intnl 760/TM Dump Truck which is surplus to the <br />County’s needs and recommended disposal of said equipment in <br />accordance with RCW 36.34.08. <br /> THERE BEING NO PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2024-159 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-159, To <br />Declare Equipment Surplus to the County’s Needs and Authorize <br />Disposal. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded.
