Kittitas County <br />Public Health <br />Department <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />Public Health Study Session <br />April 24, 2024 at 10:00 am <br />Commissioners' Conference Room <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Attendees: <br />Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiacadz, Cory Wright, Dr. Larson, Chelsey Loeffers, Erin Moore <br />Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:03 am <br />Citizen Comment (1 minute time limit) <br />A member of the public suggested that the county put the entire department name on the meeting <br />agendas instead of an abbreviation or acronym. <br />Department Business <br />Resolution to close to the public for all staff training 6 7 24 <br />Chelsey Loeffers requested that the resolution to close to the public for all staff training be removed <br />from the agenda. Staff plan to move this training day to fall 2024. <br />Approve title change from Supervisor to Manager <br />Chelsey presented that she has been working with HR on changing titles of KCPHD supervisors from <br />supervisor to manager to reflect the level of leadership/workload associated with these positions. The <br />title changes do not have any budget impact. The BOCC approved the title change and directed staff to <br />prepare documents to support the change. <br />App rove tem Pora ry Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee HAHC p ro posaI scori ng matrix <br />and supporting documents <br />Chelsey presented the amended scoring matrix for the affordable housing committee to use to score the <br />Oddfellows application. She presented the temporary scoring matrix and explained the process the <br />department went through to develop the matrix. She also reviewed the proposed timeline associated <br />with this work. <br />
