SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory <br />Wright. Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Patti Stacey, Facilities Director; and two members of <br />the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher, spoke about the Cold Weather Shelter (CWS) and felt <br />the funding price is out of bounds in comparison to former models <br />that Kittitas County has operated under over the years. <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO, reminded the Board about the Grand <br />Opening of the Catalyst in Kittitas this Thursday from 5-7 p.m. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 6, 2024. <br /> <br />LETTER HOPESOURCE - WSDOT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve Board signature on a letter to <br />HopeSource regarding matching funds for WSDOT Consolidated Grant <br />Program, as presented. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br />
