KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 3, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board’s approval to set a Public Hearing for <br />setting fee for the EV Charging Stations. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County received a grant to install EV Charging Stations in the <br />new north parking lot. Hurst Construction will be installing the EV Charging Stations as <br />part of the construction of the new parking lot. <br /> <br />When the lot is completed, we will have eight EV parking stalls available for employees <br />and customers to charge their vehicles and we will need to set the fees for the use of the <br />charging stations. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Patti Stacey Director, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Board’s approval to set a public hearing on <br />September 17, 2024, at 2:00pm <br /> <br />HANDLING: Clerk to advertise. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Director. <br />
