<br />The project includes the following components as defined by the contract documents, including, but not limited to:
<br />
<br />1. Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel for the project.
<br />2. Construction layout and surveying, including location of existing, below grade and above grade utilities
<br />in the work area.
<br />3. Establishment and maintenance of erosion and sediment control throughout the project.
<br />4. Clear and grub work areas.
<br />5. Removal of unsuitable soil.
<br />6. Placement and compaction of soil embankment material.
<br />7. Installation of water, sanitary sewer, electric, stormwater and fire suppression systems/structures.
<br />8. Construction of Transfer Building, Scales, Scalehouse, MRW Building, Administration Building.
<br />9. Rough grading, fine grading, geotextile installation, subgrade preparation, base course, and asphalt for
<br />road and parking lots.
<br />10. Installation of fencing and gates, signage, and striping.
<br />11. Construction Quality Control (CQC) testing.
<br />12. Completion of record drawings and related documentation.
<br />13. Repair/replacement of existing features impacted during construction.
