BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 2024-_______ <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE KITTITAS COUNTY LOWER COUNTY <br />TRANSFER STATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County solicited bids for the Kittitas County Lower County <br />Transfer Station Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on August 2, 2024 in the Kittitas County <br />Commissioners conference room at 205 W. 5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the project. The bids have been reviewed <br />by our project engineers at SCS Engineers which recommends award to <br />the lowest responsible bidder, Belsaas and Smith LLC.
