Excused: Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant and Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 16, 2024. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT ERIC DUPLEICH – CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the appointment of Eric <br />Dupleich to the Kittitas County Civil Service Commission, for a 6- <br />year term, effective immediately and to end on June 30, 2030. <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST NOISE ORDINANCE – CORBETT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve a Request for a Noise Ordinance <br />Exemption Waiver from Ben Corbett for Sunday the 1st of September <br />until midnight, located at 4575 Thrall Road, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
