(Effective: 01.01.22-12.31.24) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Consolidated Contract Amendment 20 adds statements of work for the following: <br />• Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS)- Effective July 1, 22024 <br /> <br />Amends Statements of Work for the following; <br />• Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security-WFD LHJ-Effective July 1, 2023 <br /> <br />Exhibit B-20 Allocations amendments: <br />• Increase of $891,500.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $6,896,065.00 <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 06.27.24. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 07.01.24. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 20.
