BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KTTTTTAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTIoN No. 2024- I 0 Q <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE KITTITAS COT]NTY CORRECTIONAL <br />F'ACILITY PARKING LOT & NORTH LOT CHARGING STATIONS PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County solicited bids for the Kittitas County Correctional Facility <br />Parking Lot & North Lot Charging Station Project; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 23, 2024 in the Kittitas County <br />Commissioners conference room at205 W. 5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA; and <br />WHEREAS: Seven (7) bids were received for the for the project, and then reviewed by <br />SCJ Alliance the design engineer for the project, who recommends <br />awarding to the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: that the Board of County <br />Commissioners, in the best interest of the public, does hereby award the <br />contract for the Kittitas County Cbrrectional Facility Parking Lot & North <br />Lot Charging Stations Project to Hurst ConstructionLLC. in the Amount <br />of $840,798.17. <br />2024 <br />BOARD OF COT]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT CO w GTON <br />Chair <br />Commissioner <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />ADoPTED ttr, fruy or <br />co, <br />-U-AL <br />o,, <br />7 <br />EkClerk o Board- Julie Kjorsvik Douglas R.
